Iris Rosin is a leading voice in Strategic Biophilic Advisory, bringing together real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, design and human experience to create stronger market relevance, differentiation and long-term value.
Her advisory work is built around three pillars: Biophilic Intelligence, Real Estate Advisory and Lifestyle. Together, they inform work across Wellness Real Estate, strategic positioning, partnerships, urban redevelopment and emerging innovation, helping developers, owners, investors, hospitality groups, companies and brands identify opportunity, strengthen project relevance and create more compelling human and market experiences.
For Iris, biophilia has always been a lifestyle, not a trend.
Her work grew from a lifelong connection to nature and evolved into consulting, creative direction and applied biophilia across design, retail, wellness, real estate, corporate environments, movement and sensory experience.
From founding CORAL in Neve Tzedek, Israel in the mid 90's: The First of its kind- biophilic sensory retail concept, to leading wellness walks in Los Angeles and Miami, Forest Bathing practices in Greenwich and New York City, and biophilic experiences across Tel Aviv, New York, and Miami, Iris has consistently worked with nature as a practical system for human well-being, lifestyle, and the built environment.
During the pandemic, as the world began to recognize nature as a necessity rather than an escape, Iris formalized decades of lived and professional experience through certifications in Forest Bathing, Forest and Nature Therapy, and Biophilic Design.
Through lived experience, research, practice, and observation, she had seen how nature supports recovery, clarity, respiratory well-being, emotional grounding, and restoration; reinforcing the need to bring this work forward with greater rigor and authority.
Her work also includes:
*Pure & Calm, a Los Angeles-based sensory ritual concept
*14 years as host of Designing with Iris Rosin on the Israel Design Channel
*Advisory work with corporate organizations and health-conscious individuals exploring how biophilia, circadian health, sensory balance, and nature-based practices can support well-being, focus, and performance.
Today, her proprietary framework, Biophilic Intelligence, translates that lived experience into Strategic Biophilic Advisory across real estate, hospitality, workplaces, brands, products and community environments.
Iris Rosin brings a distinct lens to real estate and urban redevelopment; applying Biophilic Intelligence across market positioning, design, lifestyle and human experience to strengthen project differentiation, global relevance and long-term value, with an advisory perspective shaped by international experience and a deep understanding of the Israeli and Global market.
Her advisory work spans residential, commercial, retail, land acquisition and joint venture opportunities, for private buyers, sellers, investors, developers and landowners, and extends into urban redevelopment, in Israel and internationally.
She is also developing AI-enabled and proprietary real-estate tools focused on greater intelligence, precision and decision support within property search and evaluation.
At the center of her work is measurable human value:
Creating environments and experiences that reduce sensory overload and support clarity, recovery, vitality, connection, performance and quality of life—while strengthening differentiation, relevance and long-term project value.
Her strategic track record includes
Serving as VP of International Branding & Awareness for the Jaffa Residence Project, a NYC-Israel luxury real estate initiative with RFR Holdings, and Director of International Relations at ARCA, a Los Angeles-based digital asset fund.
She brings more than three decades of experience across international creative markets, luxury real estate, strategic branding, corporate wellness, design media, sensory environments, botanical artistry, and nature-based practice.
Iris began her career in floral, event, and interior design, later expanding into retail design, buying, sensory environments, nature wellness, and biophilic strategy.
Iris's work bridges nature, the human system, and the built environment into one integrated advisory practice.
Based between Israel and international markets, Iris lives the principles she brings into her advisory work.
Her daily environment — olive groves, Mediterranean light, rooftop gardens, coastal air, outdoor movement, and seasonal rhythm — serves as a living laboratory for her work in biophilia, circadian health, sensory restoration, and modern wellness.
Through Iris Rosin Advisory, NatureTime and Club Sabra, that thinking extends into real estate, hospitality, biophilia, lifestyle, technology and community.
Nature is biological infrastructure for how people live, recover, connect, perform, and belong.
Biophilic Intelligence turns that infrastructure into strategy.
